How to Make a Complaint

Last updated: October 2026

Every homeowner who contacts Concentrationboots Roofing should get a fair and honest experience. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What You Can Raise

You can write to us about:

  • Your experience when you called or contacted Concentrationboots Roofing
  • The way your personal information was handled
  • Anything on this site that seems unclear or wrong
  • The conduct of a contractor we connected you with

If the Issue Is With a Contractor

Contractors in our network are independent businesses. They answer for their own estimates, prices, work, warranties and customer service. If you have a problem with work on your home, the usual first step is to take it up with the contractor directly and keep a written record.

We still want to hear about it. Feedback helps us keep our network honest, and contractors who repeatedly fall short of our expectations may be removed. Please know that Concentrationboots Roofing cannot settle contract disputes, issue refunds for a contractor's work or make decisions for a contractor.

How to File

Email contact@concentrationboots.living and include:

  • Your name and the preferred way to reach you
  • The date you contacted us or the contractor
  • The phone number you called or the form you used, if you remember
  • The contractor's name, if you know it
  • A clear account of what happened and what outcome you would like

What Happens Next

We will confirm we received your complaint by email, usually within a few business days. We will look into what happened, which may include contacting the contractor. Then we will write back with what we found and any steps we are taking.

If You Are Still Unhappy

If our reply does not satisfy you, answer it and ask us to take another look. You may also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to your local Better Business Bureau. For concerns about licensed contractors, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
